Getting Started

Stockroom Inventory Plus is a flexible, barcode-friendly inventory management app built for small businesses. It lets you track, organize, and manage your stock from your phone or the web. A unique template system lets you customize exactly which fields you track for every item — whether you run a retail store, warehouse, gym, or e-commerce operation.

Stockroom is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android. You can also access your inventory from any browser at app.stockroominventoryplus.com.

Yes! The Cloud Free plan lets you manage up to 50 items, 15 folders, and 3 templates at no cost. It's a great way to try Stockroom before upgrading to a paid plan. See the full Pricing page for a comparison of all tiers.

You can import items from a .csv file. Prepare your spreadsheet with one row per item, sign in to the app or web interface, and use the Import option in your stockroom settings. You can also export your inventory to a .csv at any time for backups or external use.

Features

Templates let you define the custom fields that appear on each inventory item. For example, a clothing store might create a template with fields for Size, Color, and SKU, while a tool rental company might track Condition, Serial Number, and Next Service Date. You can create multiple templates and apply them to different items or folders.

You can link any existing barcode to an item — just scan or enter the barcode number and it will be associated with that item going forward. When you scan the barcode with your device camera, Stockroom instantly pulls up the correct item so you can update its quantity or details without searching manually.

For any item, you can set a minimum quantity. When the item's stock falls at or below that threshold, it appears in your low stock list so you can reorder before you run out. This makes it easy to spot which items need attention at a glance.

Yes. On the Cloud Basic plan and above, you can invite unlimited team members to your stockroom. You can grant each member either view-only or full edit access, so your team can always see what's in stock without you having to share your login credentials.

Yes. You can use folders to separate items by location, department, or any other grouping that fits your workflow. Each plan includes a folder limit — higher tiers allow more folders to accommodate more complex setups.

Pricing & Billing

Stockroom offers five plans: Cloud Free (free), Cloud Starter ($4.99/mo), Cloud Basic ($8.99/mo), Cloud Plus ($18.99/mo), and Cloud Ultra ($49.99/mo). Each tier increases item limits, folder limits, template limits, and the number of users. Visit the Pricing page for the full breakdown.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from within the app or web interface. If you upgrade, the new limit takes effect immediately. If you have questions about a billing change, contact us at support@stockroominventoryplus.com.

You can cancel at any time. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS), Google Play (Android), or directly through the web app. After cancellation your account will revert to the Cloud Free plan limits at the end of the current billing period — your data will not be deleted.
