• Phone number
• Password (managed securely by Firebase Authentication)

2.2 Inventory & Business Data

Users may enter or upload the following types of data:

• Inventory item names and quantities
• Pricing, product details, templates, and notes
• Photos uploaded to track inventory
• Any other custom data entered into the system

2.3 Device & Technical Data

We collect certain technical information automatically through analytics tools, including:

• Device type and operating system
• Crash diagnostics (Crashlytics / NewRelic)
• Usage statistics (Firebase Analytics)

We do not collect GPS or precise location data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Passwords are securely managed through Firebase Authentication.
• All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
• Data is not additionally encrypted at rest beyond the protections provided by the hosting platform and operating system.
• Only authorized employees who require access for their job are permitted to access production data.

We encourage users to protect their login credentials and enable device-level security (such as passcodes or biometric authentication).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account remains active. If you request deletion of your account or data, we will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

You may:

• Request account deletion directly within the app;
• Request an export of your account and inventory data;

There are no formal age restrictions for using the Services; however, the Services are intended for professional and business use.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions to the Services are processed through:

• Apple App Store (for iOS)
• Google Play Store (for Android)

We do not store or process any credit card or full payment card information. All payment details are handled securely by Apple and Google according to their own privacy policies.

9. No Sale of Personal Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We also do not use advertising networks or ad-tracking SDKs within the Services.

10. Legal Compliance

We do not explicitly claim compliance with specific privacy regulations such as:

• GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation for European users)
• CCPA / CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act)
